Derrimon Trading Company Limited (DTL) has advised that Mrs. Tania Waldron-Gooden has tendered her resignation effective October 31, 2019 as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mrs. Waldron-Gooden will continue to serve as the Mentor to the Board.

DTL has also advised that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, November 14, 2019 to consider the payment of an interim dividend.
