Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has advised that on February 5, 2024, its Board of Directors resolved to initiate the orderly wind-down of Dolla Guyana Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company operating in Georgetown, Guyana, which will be executed through the gradual runoff of its loan portfolio and is expected to be completed and close its operations on or before March 31, 2025.
