Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has advised that Mr. Chad Wynter has tendered his resignation as Nominated Officer, effective January 31, 2025. DOLLA has further advised that Ms. Kyla Clarke who currently serves as Head of Legal, Governance and Compliance, has been appointed as Dolla’s Nominated Officer subject to the Bank of Jamaica’s fit and proper assessment.
