Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has advised that the Company received a notice that Widebase Limited (Widebase) has acquired a further 7% of DOLLA thereby bringing its total holdings of DOLLA to 21.00%. DOLLA has further advised that Widebase stated in its notice that it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mayberry Group Limited (MGL) and it intends to seek approval to hold 20% or more of DOLLA from the Bank of Jamaica, the regulator of micro-credit institutions.
