Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has advised that it has entered into a 90-day exclusivity period with Evolve Loan Company (Evolve). During this time, DOLLA will conduct due diligence on Evolve and its loan portfolio with the intention of DOLLA acquiring all or a part of Evolve’s loan book.
