Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that subsequent to the publication of the consolidated quarterly accounts for the period January 1 to March 31, 2026, a valuation report in respect of the Group’s land and buildings in Jamaica, prepared by Property Consultants Limited as of March 31,2026, was received by the Board.
DCOVE has further advised that the valuation increases the carrying value of property, plant and equipment by approximately US$2.576 million.
