Edufocal Limited (LEARN) has advised that Mr. Paul Allen has tendered his resignation as Chief Technical Officer, effective May 31, 2025 and that Mr. Herbert Hall has submitted his resignation as Mentor to the Board of Directors, effective September 10, 2025. LEARN has further advised that neither resignation is related to any disagreement with the Company or matters pertaining to their respective roles and responsibilities. Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gordon Swaby, will absorb the responsibilities of Chief Technical Officer.
LEARN has also advised that effective immediately, the company will retire the use of the division names “LEARN” and “Business”. The Company will now operate under two core divisions: the Education Division and the Commercial Division.
The Company has further advised that this naming update does not impact the company’s legal structure or shareholding and does not require shareholder action.
