Edufocal Limited (LEARN) has advised that Mr. Mark Green has tendered his resignation as Chief Operating Officer, effective August 31, 2025.
LEARN has advised that these changes are not related to any disagreement concerning accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, access to financial information, director or officer remuneration, or any aspect of the Company’s governance or financial reporting framework. There are also no differences regarding the Company’s strategic direction.
