Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC (CPFV) has advised that 18.7% of the Company’s issued and outstanding Value Fund Shares were acquired by its fund manager, Eppley Fund Managers Limited. CPFV has further advised that the purchases were completed over the floor of the Barbados Stock Exchange and the Jamaica Stock Exchange on September 13, 2024, and in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
