Everything Fresh Limited (EFRESH) has advised that the Company has completed the acquisition of an additional shareholding in Everything Fresh Bahamas Limited. This acquisition has now been formalized effective April 27, 2022, which has moved Everything Fresh’s shareholding from 60% to 80%.
