Express Catering Limited (ECL) has advised that further to the notice on June 3, 2025, John Byles’ resignation as a Director and member of the Audit and Compensation Committees is not related to any disagreement with accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, access to financial information, remuneration arrangements of the Directors and senior officers of the Company or any other issue impacting on the effective roles of either committees. Neither is there any disagreement with the future direction of the Company.
