First Rock Capital Holdings Limited (FIRSTROCK)has advised that its wholly owned subsidiary, FCH Jamaica Developers Limited, has signed a 24-month construction loan for up to US$10 million with Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited. The facility is for the construction of the Company’s “Hambani Estates” luxury residential development in Kingston, Jamaica, which is slated for completion in 2022.
