Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that, effective September 15, 2025, the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, FCH Jamaica Developers Limited, have fully repaid all obligations to Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited through a Corporate Note structured and arranged by Mayberry Investments Limited.
FIRSTROCK has further advised that the repayment marks the formal exit from receivership in relation to the real estate project at Bamboo Avenue.
