FosRich Company Limited (FOSRICH) has advised that Mr. Ian McNaughton, Chief Operating Officer resigned effective May 31, 2026. FOSRICH has further advised that the Company has commenced the process of identifying and appointing a suitable candidate to fill the position. In the interim, the responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer will be managed by the executive management team to ensure continuity of operations.
