GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company on November 7, 2019, passed the following Resolutions:
- An interim dividend of 40 cents per stock unit be paid on 13th December 2019 to stockholders on record at the close of business on 22nd November 2019
- The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 22nd November 2019 to the close of business on the 29th November 2019.
The ex-dividend date is November 21, 2019.
