GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that Mr. Peter Moses, having reached the retirement age for Board members, will be retiring from the Board of Directors of the Company effective December 13, 2021, in accordance with the Company’s Articles. Mr. Moses will continue to serve in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of GraceKennedy’s commercial bank, First Global Bank Limited.
