Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has advised of the appointment of Ms. Keesha Sahadeo as Group Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) effective May 1, 2024. The incumbent Group CFO, Ms. Samanta Saugh, will transition to the role of President of Guardian Life of The Caribbean Limited effective June 1, 2024.
