Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on May 5, 2022, Mr. Michael Gerrard was elected as a Director of the Company. Guardian Holdings Ltd has also advised that Mrs. Samanta Saugh has been appointed in an acting capacity as Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from May 15, 2022.
