iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that as at November 24, 2023, the following resignations were effective:
- Ms. Arlene Martin resigned from the post of Interim Chief Executive Officer and as Director of the ICREATE subsidiary of Visual Vibe.Com; and
- Mr. Ivan Carter resigned as Director of the ICREATE subsidiaries of Visual Vibe.Com and GetPaid Limited.
ICREATE has further advised of the resignation of Company/Corporate Secretary, Mr. Demetrie Adams effective December 31, 2023.
