iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that Mr. Tyrone Wilson was appointed Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective November 26, 2023. ICREATE has also advised that Messrs. Anthony Dunn and Donovan White were appointed Directors to the Board. ICREATE has further advised that it has entered into an Agreement for Sale of a thirty percent (30%) interest in Visual Vibe.Com Limited (“Visual Vibe”) to a strategic investment group led by Mr. Anthony Dunn.
