Image Plus Consultants Limited (IPCL) has advised that Dr. Marian Allison Vaughan has provided written notice of her resignation as an Executive Director from the Board of Directors effective July 15, 2026. IPCL has further advised that Dr. Allison Vaughan will remain with the Company as a Consultant Radiologist.
