ISP Finance Services Limited (ISP) has confirmed the issue of a secured bond on October 26, 2022, totalling J$470,000,000 to re-finance debt and for business expansion. The bond was issued in the private placement market with a fixed coupon of 11.50% per annum for the first year and variable at six (6) month WATBY plus 350 basis points after that subject to a floor of 11.00% throughout the life of the bond. The bond matures on November 22, 2025.
