Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (JBG) has advised that Wincorp Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of JBG, is finalising the execution of an Asset Purchase Agreement with Crystal Farm Mills, Inc. This Agreement is for the purchase of a Feed Mill and associated assets located in Georgia, USA. Accordingly, as of Monday, August 27, 2018, the company took over the day to day operations of the Feed Mill.
