Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (JBG) has advised that Mr. Aubyn Hill has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company effective September 24, 2020. JBG has further advised that the resignation of Mr. Aubyn Hill, Chairman of the Audit Committee, is not due to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or the member’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
