JFP Limited (JFP) has advised of the following leadership changes:

• Lisa S. Bell, JP, stepped down as Chairman of the Board and Director effective June 10, 2026.
• Metry Seaga has assumed the role of Chairman effective June 10, 2026, succeeding Bell after serving as Chief Executive Officer. JFP has further advised that Metry Seaga retired from his role as Chief Executive Officer effective June 15, 2026.
• Andrea Melis, Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective June 15, 2026.
• Stephen Sirgany has retired from his role as Chief Operating Officer effective June 10, 2026, and will continue to serve as a member of the Board.

JFP has also advised that Mrs. Maria Harvey-Edwards has demitted office as the Chief Accountant of the Company effective June 5, 2026.
