JFP Limited (JFP) has advised of the resignation of Mrs. Lisa Sirgany as Company Secretary of the Board, effective November 7, 2024. JFP has further advised that DCOA Corporate Services Limited has been appointed as the new Company Secretary effective November 7, 2024.
