Special Advisory: JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL)

JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has requested that trading of the JMMB7.25% and JMMB7.50% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares be suspended as at August 20, 2018. The Company has also requested the delisting of these shares as at August 30, 2018. These requests are being made as the shares will mature on August 30, 2018, and they will be redeemed, that is, principal and interest will be paid to the shareholders on record as at August 20, 2018 with payment on August 30, 2018.
