JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that the Board of Directors has passed a resolution to delist the Company’s Variable Rate 7.50% J$ Cumulative Preference Shares which listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange on March 16, 2016. The shares will be delisted as at June 20, 2025.

JMMB has further advised that the Company intends to convert the Preference Shares into ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and in those circumstances would not wish for those ordinary shares to be listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange. This proposed conversion is also supported by the holders of the Preference Shares.
