JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that further to the Annual General Meeting of JMMBGL held on September 19, 2018, the shareholders of JMMBGL passed a special resolution approving the delisting of the JMMBGL Shares from the Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE) in accordance with the Securities Act, Cap. 318A of the laws of Barbados, the Rules of the BSE dated October 12, 2015, and any other applicable laws. By an order of the Financial Services Commission of Barbados (FSC) dated September 18, 2019, effective July 30, 2019, the FSC authorised the BSE to delist the JMMBGL Shares from the BSE pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Act, Cap. 318A of the laws of Barbados.
