Special Advisory: Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT)

Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) has advised that that pursuant to Article 105 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, Mr. Gladstone “Tony” Lewars has been appointed as a director of the Company. Mr. Lewars’ appointment takes effect from January 2, 2019 and he will serve until the next annual general meeting, when he will retire but will be eligible for re-election.
