KLE Group Limited (KLE) has advised that Mr. Norman Peart tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company as of November 14, 2023. KLE has further advised that Mr. Peart`s resignation from the Audit Committee was in no way related to any disagreement with respect to accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or its functions.
