Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) has advised that at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on March 31, 2017 the following decisions were taken: to recommend to the shareholders of KPREIT at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 16, 2017, that each of the 500,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company be subdivided into 2 ordinary shares each thereby making a total share capital of 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares.
