Lumber Depot Limited (LUMBER) has advised that further to an announcement made on September 7, 2021, regarding the purchase of its current location from Cotrade Limited, the purchase was settled at a consideration of one hundred and sixty-four million dollars (J$164,000,000). The property was previously occupied under a lease arrangement.
