Massy Holdings Ltd. (MASSY) has advised of changes to the below Senior Officers’ roles and titles as follows:
Marc Rostant’s role as Group Executive Vice President and Chairman Motors and Machines Portfolio was changed to: Group Executive Vice President and Portfolio CEO, Motors and Machines Portfolio, effective November 19, 2024.
Vaughn Martin’s role as Group Executive Vice President and Chairman Gas Products Portfolio was changed to: Group Executive Vice President and Portfolio CEO, Gas Products Portfolio, effective November 19, 2024.
Ambikah Mongroo’s role as Group Executive Vice President and Chairperson Integrated Retail Portfolio was changed to: Group Executive Vice President and Portfolio CEO, Integrated Retail Portfolio, effective November 19, 2024.
MASSY has further advised that the Board will move to a structure that is in alignment with global best practice for large, listed companies. The number of Directors on the Board will be reduced from thirteen (13) to nine (9) with seventy percent (70%) being independent non-executive Directors. This transition to a smaller and more agile Board will take effect at the close of the 101st Annual Meeting when the following Directors will retire on rotation: Directors Peter Jeewan, Suresh Maharaj, Vaughn Martin and Bruce Melizan.
