Massy Holdings Ltd. (MASSY) has advised that Mr. David O’Brien retired as an Executive Director of the Company’s Board of Directors effective September 30, 2022. MASSY has also advised that Mr. Vaughn Martin has been appointed Executive Director to the Company’s Board of Directors effective October 1, 2022.
