Special Advisory: Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL)

Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that the Company has transferred 5% (60,057,464) of the issued stock units in Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (MJE) to Mayberry Asset Management Limited for the establishment of an Executive & Staff Incentive Plan. This transfer reduces MIL’s holding in MJE from 80% to 75%.

MIL further advised that the proposed transaction was previously approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and was disclosed at paragraph 14.30 in the MJE Offer for Sale Prospectus published by MIL on June 29, 2018.
