Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (MJE) has advised that its parent, Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL), has transferred 5% (60,057,464 units) of its holdings to Mayberry Asset Management Limited for the establishment of an Executive & Staff Incentive Plan. This transfer reduces MIL’s holding in MJE from 80% to 75%.
MJE further advised that the proposed transaction was previously approved by the Board of Directors of MIL and was disclosed at paragraph 14.30 in the MJE Offer for Sale Prospectus published by MIL on June 29, 2018.
