Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (MJE) has advised that its Board of Directors has approved the change in the existing election under Rule 407 of the JSE Main Market Rule Book for the company to file quarterly financial statements. Beginning with the December 31, 2022 financial year-end results, the company will move to submit fourth quarter unaudited financial statements within 45 days after the quarter end and submit audited financial statements within ninety (90) days.
