MFS Capital Partners Limited (MFS) has advised that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, to discuss, among other things, the conversion of existing debt and debt to be incurred to equity, a rights issue, increasing the authorised share capital, and the implementation of a share option scheme or similar equity compensation programme for Employees.
