MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (MPCCEL) has advised that further to its material change notice regarding the conversion of the Convertible Promissory Note issued by RBC Trust (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited (RBC), the listing and distribution of the common shares issued pursuant to such conversion were completed on July 3, 2026. The Company has also confirmed that the 10,000,000 new Class B shares (New Shares) were issued and listed on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange on July 3, 2026.

MPCCEL has further advised that following the issuance and listing of the New Shares, the total issued and outstanding Class B share capital of the Company increased from 26,944,861 shares to 36,944,861 shares. As a result, RBC now holds approximately 27% of the Company’s issued and outstanding Class B shares.
