MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (MPCCEL) has advised that the Company has entered into a sale purchase agreement to sell its indirect shareholding in San Isidro Fotovoltaica, S.A. de C.V. to Potenza Holdings, S.A. de C.V. MPCCEL has further advised that the agreed purchase price for the transaction is US$3.27 million, subject to customary post-signing and closing adjustments.
