National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) has advised that it is proceeding with the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement among NCBJ, NCB Financial Group Limited and their respective shareholders. NCBJ has therefore requested that trading in the shares of NCBJ be suspended after the close of trading on Friday, March 10, 2017. NCBJ has also requested that trading in the shares of NCB Financial Group Limited commence on the opening of trading on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
