NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised that its subsidiary, NCB Capital Markets Limited, has completed the sale of its 100% stake in Advantage General Insurance Company Limited. NCBFG has also advised that S&P Global Ratings ungraded its subsidiary, National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited’s credit rating to ‘B+’ from ‘B’ with outlook – stable.
