NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised that the NCB Financial Group Limited 6.00% Unsecured Fixed Rate USD Indexed Bond issued on August 31, 2017, with outstanding principal of the Jamaican Dollar equivalent of US$140,482,600.00 (One Hundred and Forty Million, Four Hundred and Eighty-Two Thousand, Six Hundred United States Dollars), is scheduled to mature on August 31, 2021. This bond will be suspended from trading effective August 26, 2021 and on maturity will be delisted from the JSE.
