NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised of a decision made by its Board of the Directors on September 8, 2023, that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) should be held for the Company to consider the additional public offering (APO) of new ordinary shares and to apply for listing the shares. The number of shares sought to be issued by way of APO is expected to be up to 300,000,000. The Company has further advised that it will, in due course, issue a notice regarding arrangements for the EGM.
