NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised of the following leadership changes:
- Mr. Robert Almeida will complete his term as Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) on September 30, 2026.
- Mr. Julian Mair will be appointed Group CEO of NCBFG, effective November 17, 2026.
- Mr. Dave Garcia has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer of NCBFG, effective September 1, 2026.
- Mrs. Ky-Ann Taylor will replace Mr Garcia in the roles of Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective September 1, 2026.
- Mrs. Sheree Martin has been formally appointed Chief Executive Officer of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, the Group’s major banking subsidiary, effective September 1, 2026.
NCBFG has also announced the completion of the sale of the shares in its wholly owned banking subsidiary, NCB (Cayman) Limited, to its Bermuda-based banking subsidiary, Clarien Bank Limited, following the receipt of requisite regulatory approvals.
