NCB Financial Group (NCBFG) has advised of the following leadership changes at its major Jamaican banking subsidiary, National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ), effective August 1, 2019:
- Septimus Blake will take office as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Director of NCBJ;
- Malcolm Sadler will assume responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NCBJ;
- Patrick Hylton, CD will cease to be CEO of NCBJ, while remaining a Director of both NCBJ and NCBFG, and President & Group CEO of NCBFG;
- Dennis Cohen will cease to be CFO and Deputy CEO of NCBJ, while remaining a Director of both NCBJ and NCBFG, and Group CFO and Deputy CEO of NCBFG.
