Paramount Trading (Jamaica) Limited (PTL) PTL has advised that at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on November 18, 2023, Messrs. Richard Rogers and Sharon Donaldson-Levine, retired from the Board of Directors and did not offer themselves for re-election. PTL has further advised that at its AGM held on November 18, 2023, the shareholders of the Company considered and thought it fit to elect and appoint the following new Directors to the Board:
- Mrs. Kathryn Lewis-Green
- Mrs. Catherine Goodall Jackson
- Mr. Loren Edwards, J.P., and
- Mr. Dwight Balli
