Paramount Trading Jamaica Limited (PTL) has advised of the appointment of Mr. Don Gittens to its Board of Directors and as a member of the Compensation Committee, effective September 23, 2025.
PTL has also advised that Mr. Daniel Chin tendered his resignation as a Director and consequently as a member of the Compensation Committee, effective September 19, 2025.
