Portland JSX Limited (PJX) has advised that Mrs. Olly Hughes-McNamara has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company on July 10, 2020 and by extension its Audit Committee. The resignation of Mrs. McNamara from the Audit Committee is not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Committee or her ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
